The email address you provide us will be treated as a business email address. If your application is successful, your personal data will be used by us during our business relationship with you, as fully detailed in a separate agreement, and it will be kept for a maximum of 5 years to enable us to consider you for your first engagement. Once you have received your first engagement, your data will be processed in respect of engagements with you and will be kept for up to 6 years after your last engagement. If your application is not successful, we will keep your personal data for 2 years for consideration in future projects.
